Shipping & Returns

| IMPORTANT
Once the package arrives it is the customers responsibility to inspect the items for any defects in material or workmanship, fit and accuracy of order prior to attempting installation. Carefully read our
Dashboard Kit, Chrome Door Pillars, Di-NOC Door Pillars or Car Letters Installation Instruction before beginning out product installation process. If you have any questions or concerns about your product or installation contact us immediately prior to installing the kit. No refunds /claims on any products completely or partially installed will be granted, no exceptions. However, if any problems occur during installation, spare or replacement pieces can be purchased for a nominal charge. If you have found an error with your kit, please email to us immediately (a digital photos of the problem could be requested). DO NOT install any of the kit pieces until the problem is resolved. In cases of an error on our part, we will replace the kit or individual pieces at no cost to the customer.

Attention! Very Important Note!
ALL pieces should be checked 'dry-fit' before installation begins and before 3M protective tape removed.
Immediately stop installation procedure and contact us even if one piece doesn't fit. Any money back or refund requests based on fitting issues will be declined once the kit or partial pieces are installed. Only replacement and correction requests will be reviewed and accepted.

| PRODUCT WARRANTY
We are manufacturers of Flat Dash Trim Kits, Door Pillar Trims and Car Model Letters. We warrant products against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle where product was installed.

| RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you don't like the product you bought you may return it for Refund. All products must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and 3M adhesive tape has not been removed. Custom-made products are not refundable. Please e-mail us at service@dashkitmall.com to receive Return Authorization Number, Return Shipping address and Instructions. Return Authorization Number must be visible on the packaging box and customer must provide tracking number for returned items as soon as package is handed to the carrier. Shipping fee is not refundable! Buyers are required to pay for return shipping. Custom-made Dashboard kits or kits with custom-made pieces are not refundable.
Any item returned without Return Authorization Number will require additional investigation and actions to locate and process it. Therefore, investigation charge in amount of 15% of item's price will be added to standard Restocking Fee.

Flat Trim Kits & Door Pillars
(except of kits in Real Carbon Fiber materials)could be returned within 30 days after you received the product and are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Molded & Combined Trim Kits and Flat Kits in Real Carbon Fiber materials could be returned within 25 days after you received the product and are subject to 30% restocking fee. All Other items could (except of Car Model Letters) can be returned within 30 days after you received the product and are subject to 25% restocking fee. Car Model Letters can be returned within 30 days without restocking fee.

Attention! Returned items should be received in our office NOT later than 45 days after day of purchase. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after this time.

Exchange of Dash Trim Kits or Door Pillars sets for a different model or for same product in different material could be made in 30 days after day of purchase and is subject to 30% restocking fee, unless there was our processing error. Returned kit must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and 3M adhesive tape has not been removed. Buyers are required to pay for return shipping. NO returns, refunds or exchanges for exchanged products, unless there was our processing error or product was damaged. All other items can be exchanged (replaced) with the same unit within 30 days, if damage or factory defect has been spotted upon receipt. Standard Return procedure applies for all types of exchange, please contact us for Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Cancellation
- Orders cancelled on day of purchase will be 100% refunded. Orders cancelled after day of purchase will be charged 20%-30% (depend of item) restocking fee. If the order has already shipped, you will need to go through the return process outlined above.

| SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship all packages via UPS or USPS. Flat Dash Trim Kits and Door Pillars production may take up to 4 BUSINESS days (excluding day of purchase). Due to technology requirements production time for kits in Real Carbon Fiber materials could be up to 7 BUSINESS days. Molded and Combined Dash Kits production may take up to 14 BUSINESS days. All other items usually ships within 4-7 BUSINESS days.
Ground shipping time takes up to 6 BUSINESS days in Continental US. Please CLICK HERE to check UPS transit time map.
Shipping to P.O. Box or APO addresses may take longer than 10 BUSINESS days! For your convenient and fast shipping please do not use P.O. Box or APO address as your shipping address if possible. International shipping may take longer than 10 BUSINESS days depend of destination country. We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak period.

| INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties (customs, brokerage, taxes, charges, etc.) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

| DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If product has been damaged or mishandled during shipment by UPS / USPS, you must contact your local office and file claim for damage. Damage occurring in transit is the sole responsibility of the delivering carrier. All claims must be made directly to the carrier by the customer. Claims must be made at the time package is received or carrier may not honor your claim. After we receive authorization from UPS / USPS the new products will be shipped to you again. Please do not return damaged product to us. Contact us for replacement or for return/exchange authorization number and instructions if a return needs to be made.
